Goal setting is when you set your goal from the time you start to the time you accomplish or finish it.
What is the difference between long-term goals and short-term goals?
Long-term goals are goals that take you months or years to complete, and short-term goals are goals that take a week or less to complete but with effort also.
What are the steps necessary for successful goals setting?
The steps are that you have to put effort into the goals you plan to complete, you should plan your goals out to wear you want them, and when setting your goals put time into it.
