The difference between health-related and skill-related physical fitness is that health-related fitness talks about your body and what can hurt your body and damage it also. Skill-related fitness is talking about the different things you can do to improve your body the way you want.
What are the health-related components of physical fitness ?
The Health-related components of physical fitness are Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility,and Body compostion.
What are the skill-related components of physical fitness ?
The Skilled -related components of physical fitness are Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power, Reaction Time, and Speed
Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit ?
Because with being physically fit you don't have to be a good athlete or an athlete at all, and there are ways you can become physically fit by exercising at home than being ah athlete.
Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness ?
So that you can know what you need to work on or what you need do better to accomplish your goal, and you can also check your level to make sure your body is how you want it to be.
